Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. (CFHC) is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) with locations in Edgecombe, Nash, and Wilson counties. As an FQHC, we provide comprehensive, culturally competent, and cost-effective health services that are accessible and affordable. Services include primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and medication assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders (SUD) as well as enabling services such as transportation, medication delivery, insurance eligibility assistance, and case management. A broad range of services are conveniently combined to remove barriers to care for underserved and vulnerable populations and are available to patients regardless of their ability to pay or insurance status.
